We trace our origin to “Little John Brinly,” a blacksmith who set up shop in Kentucky around 1800, shoeing horses, mules, and oxen of the settlers headed West. Working with his son, TEC Brinly, they crafted an innovative steel moldboard plow, perfect for the thick clay soil of the south.
