Additional weight may be added to the built-in weight tray for even tougher grading and leveling projects. The heavy, center-mounted C-frame and durable carbon steel blade guarantee that this tool will last project after project, year after year. For versatility, the box blade angles and locks 30° in either direction for pushing instead of pulling.

No, the Box Scraper will not work with this set up. It is designed to be used with a sleeve hitch and garden tractor.

Will this work with a ZTR?

The Brinly Box Scraper is for use with Garden tractors equipped with a sleeve hitch. Ground engaging attachments require a sleeve hitch to allow the product to be raised and lowered, and to also hold the attachment firmly behind the tractor. Also, ground engaging equipment require a lot of pulling power and traction from the vehicle, so normally ground engaging equipment can only be used with garden tractors.

How do you raise and lower the box scraper?

You would need to hook up a sleeve hitch to your mower or tractor. Those typically come from the manufacturer of your equipment. The sleeve hitch will allow you to move the box blade up and down.

Can this attachment be used for tilling a small garden?

This piece of equipment is not made for tilling. The main purpose of this is for grading, either pulling or pushing dirt or stone like using a plow or a bulldozer. If you are interested in tilling equipment, we have a Cultivator and Disc Harrow available.
