The disk blade for the DD-551-A is part number D-126-10 and is 11” in diameter.
The “Tines/Teeth” for the Box Scraper are sold as part of the Scarifier Bar Assembly and are not sold separately. Parts are available for the BS-381BH-A and all Brinly products at www.brinly.com, or by calling our Customer Service Team, 877-728-8224 or by email: customerservice@brinly.com.
If your yard is uneven with lots of “potholes”, this could cause the scraper to raise and dip as you are driving through the yard, but it could tear up the dirt and grass. View the attached video that shows this box scraper in action to better help understand how this would work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75D51AyTkbk

The Brinly Moldboard plow is the premier Brinly tool for breaking ground. With this unit and the applicable sleeve hitch you will be able to fully utilize the power of at home gardening and home agriculture. An absolute must have for the DIY planter.
At present we do not offer any adjustments or kits that allow you to place more downforce on the unit. Angling and pushing towards the distal end of the blade may harm the ground and could catch and break the unit.
You can order replacement parts online at https://shop.brinly.com. In the future, it is crucial to check and tighten all bolts and hardware pieces before each use.
When not in use, and out of season, it is best to store the Blade upon a piece of folded cardboard and in a covered area so that the blade tip and whole unit are sheltered from the weather.
For corrosion prevention it is best to clean the unit before storage and after use. For more information refer to the care section of your Brinly manual. If you do not have a copy of your manual handy, please feel free to refer to our Manuals page and download a copy by visiting the FB-42RY […]
Unfortunately, Brinly Hardy does not offer skid shoes for this unit. However, there is an adjustment that once made will allow the blade to float roughly ¾ of an inch above the ground. This adjustment would allow for plowing over loose surfaces.
